Warranty cover applies to eligible products and is stated on each product page.
What is covered
- Triggers that do not work as described at delivery — replaced free of charge
- Room setups that do not match the listing — free adjustments for 7 days
- Permanent room packages — free adjustments for 30 days
What is not covered
- Changes made to the room or account after delivery
- Platform changes made by IMVU
- New requests that were not part of the original order
How to claim
Message us with your order details and a screenshot of the issue. We usually confirm the fix within 24 hours and complete it within the delivery window for that product type.
If we cannot fix it
Where a covered issue cannot be resolved, we offer a replacement product of equal value or a refund under the Refund Policy.
