What permanent means
The package is delivered to your own account and does not expire on our side. Anything that depends on your own account status or IMVU's terms remains outside our control, and we say so plainly.
Scale of these packages
Permanent packages usually cover multiple connected areas rather than a single room, which is why the build window is longer.
What we need from you
Account ownership confirmation and temporary room access. Delivery starts once details are confirmed.
Adjustment window
30 days of free adjustments covering layout and placement issues from the original build.
