Who we are

IMVU Black Market is an independent shop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IMVU, Inc. All product names are used for descriptive purposes only.

What you are buying

You are buying a digital service: trigger sets or room setups delivered inside IMVU. No physical item is shipped, and no IMVU credits or accounts are sold.

Orders

• An order is confirmed once the product, price and required details are agreed
• You must be old enough to use IMVU and to make a purchase in your country
• You must own or manage any room or account we are asked to work with

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate usernames and access details
• Do not ask us to breach IMVU's own terms of service
• Keep your own account credentials private; we never need your password

Limitations

We are not responsible for changes made by IMVU to its platform, for actions taken against your account by IMVU, or for changes you or others make to a delivered room afterwards.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
