What is IMVU Black Market?
An independent shop selling digital products for IMVU: trigger packs, furnished rooms, permanent room packages and gifting sets. We are not affiliated with IMVU, Inc.
How do I buy IMVU triggers or rooms?
Open the product page, press Buy Now, and the order continues on WhatsApp with the product name filled in. We confirm details and payment before delivery begins.
What information do you need from me?
Usually your IMVU username, and for room setups temporary room access. We never ask for your account password.
How long does delivery take?
Trigger packs are typically delivered within 24 hours of confirming details. Room setups take 1–3 days and permanent packages 2–5 days.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, but undelivered orders can be cancelled and refunded in full. See the Refund Policy for details.
What if something does not work?
Contact us with a screenshot. Eligible products include a replacement or free adjustment window described on the product page.
Do you sell IMVU credits or accounts?
No. We sell trigger sets and room setups only.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods are agreed on WhatsApp when your order is confirmed, so you always know the exact amount before paying.
