Delivery Policy

Delivery windows

• Trigger packs and gifting sets: usually within 24 hours of confirming details
• Room setups: typically 1–3 days
• Permanent room packages: typically 2–5 days
• Custom orders: agreed in writing before work starts

What we need before delivery

• Your exact IMVU username, or the recipient username for gifts
• Temporary room access for room setups
• Confirmation of the product and price

Delays

If an order will take longer than the stated window, we tell you before the window ends and give a new date. You can cancel for a full refund if work has not started.

Failed delivery

If we cannot deliver because details were incorrect, we hold the order and contact you. Once corrected details arrive, delivery resumes at no extra cost for the first attempt.

Confirmation
